Words From The Owner
I first started working in the painting & decorating trade in my late teens where I was encouraged by my father to learn a trade. I continued on this journey working as an apprentice where I had an opportunity to work with skilled and experienced tradespeople while completing my City & Guilds Painting & Decorating trade certificate.
The construction/painting trade took a downward turn during the late 80's resulting in my decision to shift occupations. I embarked on a career in the social services sector, working with marginalized youth in the criminal justice system.
This career offered many rewards and challenges, yet, my passion for painting continued to emerge. I began accepting contracts on the side when I quickly realized the need for more expert tradespeople and companies that deliver quality workmanship. I was inspired to build the Masters Painters company.
Our Process
Our process begins with an in-home consultation where we learn to understand our client's wishes, before establishing a working relationship. This involves an in-depth discussion around colour selections, product choices, start times and budgets. During this initial stage, we address every detail of the scope of the project. From the time the project commences, we maintain a clean and tidy job site until the end of the project. We make every effort to ensure our clients are fully satisfied.
We are committed to ensuring all projects begin on schedule and is completed within the contracted time frame.
